Buying tickets online
Booking tickets online is easy. Follow these simple steps to make your booking:
1. Use the search function to find an event or you can select a region to view the venues and events we currently have available
2. Select an event and ticket type and add to your basket
3. You will need to create a User Account before you can buy tickets. Your User Account will need to include your credit card billing address, card details, email address and mobile telephone number (providing a mobile number is optional but if you would like to receive tickets by SMS then you will need to include it).
4. You also need to acknowledge that the Cardholder must be present to enter the event
5. Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
6. Check that your order is correct before submitting it. Changes after placing an order are subject to an administration fee so check it carefully.
7. You will receive 2 emails from us:
- Order Received acknowledges your order
- Order Confirmed confirms that your order has been successful . Your E-Tickets will be attached to it in Adobe Acrobat format.
If SMS tickets are available for the event you have chosen and you have registered your mobile number with us then an SMS ticket will be sent automatically.
Please check the conditions and notes which accompany the E-Tickets emailed to you.
